  • Receiving the tenant, providing all the needed information about the property and the surroundings
  • Setting up all the details for energy performance certificates
  • Provide monthly financial statements

What is NSH? (Nonstandard hours)

 

Nonstandard activities are charged per hour (different issues regarding the property: financial, legal, repairs, maintenance, medical healthcare, which are not included in the package). Depending on the property type, we will inform you about this service.

Depending on the property’s specifics (rental price, number of rooms, the area in which it is located) and the type of Property Management Package you decide upon – your investment can vary from 30Eur up to 150Eur or more.
