We are honor to have in our team, Mr. Jonathan Youens, who is professionally qualified and a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (www.rics.org) with a considerable number of years’ experience working in the land and property industry representing private clients. Also qualified as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Experience includes acting as Project Administrator which involved creating development teams and managing the entire development process including negotiating; contracts, forward sale and development agreements; managing the marketing and leasing process and negotiating agreements for lease and leases. Additionally, has been involved in Property Management from setting up a new management department dealing with a UK pension fund as well as in more recent years to managing clients’ portfolios in the UK and for the last 15 years in Romania.
